Conference Room
LifeTec Queensland's Brisbane Conference Room is available for hire. The Room Features: - Compliance with Disability Access Standards for Wheelchair Access
- Audio T Loop System Installed
- Seating for up to 20 people (at table) or 40 persons (lecture style set up, limited accessibility will apply)
- Small Kitchenette with tea / coffee facilities and a small fridge.
- Conference room can be separated into two smaller rooms if required.
- Ceiling Mounted Data Projector
- Laptop with multi USB Port, internet access and audio.
- Audiovisual equipment - DVD player and VCR (available upon request only)
- Electronic whiteboard (available upon request only)
Catering Options: - All room bookings are inclusive of tea, coffee and chilled water.
- Additional catering can be arranged by LifeTec Queensland if required (Fees apply).
- You may self-cater or organise your own catering options. Glasses, cups, utensils and crockery are available upon request.

- Complete and send the Conference Room Booking Form to mail@lifetec.org.au or fax to 07 3552 9088.
- All bookings will be confirmed in writing and you will be provided with a booking reference number.
- Bookings must be paid for prior to occupancy of the room, unless otherwise arranged.
Terms and Conditions: All bookings will be confirmed upon full payment, unless otherwise arranged. Bookings and alterations to bookings must be made in writing, by email or fax. They will not be accepted over the telephone. Conference room facilities are not available for parties or receptions. Set up and pack up time must be included in the booking time. Room must be left clean and tidy upon departure. Place all rubbish in the bins provided and ensure no perishables are left in the fridge. Users that self cater must wash all used items and return them to their original location before departure. Additional charges will apply if this does not occur. Alcohol is not to be served or consumed. LifeTec Queensland shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to property or persons of users.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the booking date/s will receive a full refund. Fees from persons / organisations who cancel less than 24 hours prior to the event is not refundable and will be considered a tax deductable donation. Thank you for your generosity.
