LifeTec supports older Australians to access the right aged care supports and assistive technology (AT) so they can maintain independence, safety, and quality of life at home. Our team works with older people, carers, and providers to ensure the right AT solutions are in place at the right time.

This referral pathway is designed for:

Older people seeking My Aged Care, CHSP, Support at Home, or Home Care Package supports

Carers or family members referring on behalf of an older person

Health professionals, allied health clinicians, or support coordinators making an aged care referral

CHSP and Support at Home service providers requesting AT advice, trials, or equipment recommendations

How LifeTec supports older people
Our clinicians provide independent, evidence‑based AT advice to help older people stay safe and independent at home. Depending on the person’s needs, this may include:
