You don’t always need funding in place to talk to us — we’re happy to guide you through your options.
In most cases, no referral is required. You can contact LifeTec directly to enquire about services. However, some funding programs or supports may require a referral from a health professional or service provider.
An Assistive Technology assessment involves a qualified health professional working with you to understand your goals, daily activities, environment, and preferences. From there, we explore and trial suitable technology options to ensure the right solution is recommended.
Yes. We regularly collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other professionals. We can work alongside existing therapy teams to support assessments, trials, reports, and implementation.
Yes. Wherever possible, we prioritise trials so you can see how equipment works in real-life environments before a final recommendation is made. This helps ensure the solution is practical, suitable, and aligned with your goals.
