What is Assistive Technology?

Assistive Technology (AT) is an umbrella term for any piece of equipment, software program or system that provides practical solutions to everyday life activities. Here at LifeTec, we are dedicated to help those with complex needs to manage their way through life with ease using assistive technology.

Our AT-HM Offerings

LifeTec's occupational therapists work with you to find the right AT to support your independence, safety, and lifestyle. We tailor recommendations to your unique needs, challenges, and goals, helping you stay active and do more of what matters most.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

LifeTec is a registered NDIS provider and we can work directly with consumer or with existing occupational therapist and speech pathologist or other disciplines to ensure the best possible assistive technology for individuals. We can help you with reviewing your NDIS plan.

My Aged Care

LifeTec is a registered My Aged Care provider. We can help both the elderly and their loved ones with assistive technology including aids and equipment for around the home, automation options as well as a number of home modifications and augmentative and alternative communication devices.
