Who's Eligible?
Eligibility for CHSP is based on your age and support needs. If everyday tasks have become more difficult and a little support could improve your health and wellbeing, CHSP may be right for you.
You may be eligible for CHSP if:

You are 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people)

You need support to stay safe and independent at home

You are on a low income and at risk of homelessness

Need support with everyday tasks to maintain your health, safety, and wellbeing
An aged care assessment through My Aged Care will determine your eligibility and the services you can access.
Costs & Funding
CHSP is subsidised by the Australian Government.
